Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures.
• Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and easily retrievable.
• Review and updаtеdocuments for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure document consistency and accuracy.
• Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents as needed.
• Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals and updates.
• Train staff on document control processes and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, information management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of English, at least Upper-Intermediate level
• Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
• Proficiency in document management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for documentation.
